Although not observed widely by Unitarian Universalists, the 40-day season of Lent is a time of reflection, repentance, and renewal that often involves giving up something one enjoys or a bad habit. Today we’ll consider if Lent holds any spiritual value in our lives as people of a liberal religious tradition.
