In the Jewish tradition, we are now in the month of Elul – a sacred time of reflection and preparation for the New Year (5783). Join Rev. Pippa Jones as she takes us on a sensory journey of celebration. What can we learn from these ancient rituals? And what does it mean in our modern age for us to individually and collectively pause and contemplate our need for unity, repair, and renewal. Joining Pippa will be her friend and colleague, Jacqui Benson, who will blow the shofar and share with us a specially written prayer. Shana tova !

An invitation to everyone to bring:
– their own candle and lighter
– a sliced apple with some honey (or just something small and sweet to have on hand)
