Please join UUCP for today’s Zoom service, “The Yin-Yang of the Winter Solstice” at 10:30 AM led by Rev. Paul Dodenhoff.
For those of us living in the northern hemisphere, the winter solstice is this Monday, December 21st. It marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. You are no doubt familiar with the Taoist yin-yang symbol representing a concept of dualism where opposite and contrary forces are understood as actually complementary and interconnected. Join us this week as we explore how the winter solstice is a good time for us to reflect on the light and the dark in both the natural world and in our own spiritual lives.
All are welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
