Description: This weekend, Buddhists around the world celebrate Dharma Day, commemorating the Buddha’s first sermon after his enlightenment—a teaching that has inspired countless people for over 2,500 years. Join us as we explore the heart of that first teaching, and discover together how its insights continue to offer guidance, mindfulness and hope for our lives today.
