Please join us for today’s service led by UUCP member Al Stawsky. “Jazz” originated uniquely from the African American experience in the United States. Today it is a powerful worldwide cultural presence. It is expressed and reflected in many musical forms. But, what is Jazz? How and why did it come to be? What does it “mean”? What makes Jazz spiritual and how can Jazz change your life? How does Jazz connect with Unitarian Universalism? These questions will be explored and discussed in the upcoming Sunday Service. Excerpts and examples will be given.
Bring a friend and stay for coffee and light refreshments. We look forward to seeing you!
