In-person Meditation and Nature Walk with Rev. Sonia

Description: Join Rev. Sonia for an in-person meditation at the gazebo in Englewood’s beautiful Flat Rock Brook Nature Center. Meditation is approximately 45 minutes to be followed by a nature walk for those of us who were able to do so. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please bring water!
