In this two-part experiential series, we will explore:

What forgiveness is and what it isn’t? Why we’re so reluctant to forgive? What are the benefits of forgiveness? “Radical Forgiveness”. How do people forgive the unforgivable? How can we shift our perspectives to consider forgiveness in our lives? We will conclude with an experiential forgiveness practice.
