What people saying:
Gilly’s course was an inspiration… her competent story-telling, professional and yet caring way of leading the group to deeper insights, her handling of sensitive moments, and her capacity to weave a net of trust and connection between all of us, has left me with more story-telling tools, inwardly nourished, and with new friends around the world! Thank you Gilly! (Briar Grimley, South Africa)
I experienced Gilly as a very compassionate, generous and a wise teacher. Her storytelling style is magical and absorbing. Gilly is very soulful in her storytelling practice . Along with teaching us skills for telling traditional stories, she also lead for us very healing processes through traditional tales. Gilly has a gentle easy way of leading reflections with creativity, presence and emotional depth. I would highly recommend Gilly to anyone who wants to experience the potency of stories to heal and change and how to facilitate such processes. (Madhu Shukla, India)
Thank you so much for your beautiful hosting of the virtual circle these past weeks. It was such a highlight of the week, and a reminder of the joy of story.
I am grateful for your warm and centered presence and how clearly you held the space and enabled conversation. That is no small feat given the challenges of Zoom.
I was heartened to connect with lovers of story from around the globe and to be reminded of the power of story to bridge difference, something so sorely needed at the moment. (Katherine Jones, Australia)
Thank you so much for the Artists Way journey with you. You held a generous space for the group to encourage and enhance our creativity. The artistic exercises you introduced were a total joy and I looked forward to them every week. At the end of the process I feel more focused and positive and I’m looking forward to my next steps.
