World Animal Day is celebrated on October 4^th, which is the feast day of Saint Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of ecology and animals. On this day many congregations celebrate The Blessing Of The Animals. Since we can’t meet in person this year AND not all of our four-legged friends are willing to visit with others, let’s take this day to celebrate our beloved pets, present and past. Please bring your pets with you onto Zoom. We’ll bless them as a community.  If you have pets who have passed, feel free to bring a photo and a story to share.
