Join Rev. Pippa Jones for a poignant, timely gathering. Every year, on 11/11, the West honors Armistice, remembering the day in 1918 when the guns fell silent after 4 devastating years of world war. While in the East, 11/12 marks the beginning of Diwali, the “Festival of Light”. As new wars wage on, and the days are drawing shorter, let us contemplate together what Light is, how we can embody it in our lives and in our yearnings for more peace – in our communities, nation and world.
