Sharpen your tiles and your appetite for a day centered on friendly competition and deep flavors. Sydelle is simmering up a hearty Pork Stew—slow-cooked with tangy tomatillos, onions, black beans, jalapeños, and a splash of beer—served with fluffy rice and a crisp green salad. And for the winning finish? Sydelle’s famous homemade brownies. The Gear: If you have a lucky Scrabble set or a trusted dictionary, please bring them along!
