Join Susan and Allen Feltman for a Classic Continental Dinner! We’ll begin with a petite crabcake, hand-shaped and gently pan fried, served with a special drizzle sauce. For the main course, we’ll enjoy a composed pasta dish made with plump pink shrimp, crispy pancetta, green peas and button mushrooms, in a light pink sauce. Tossed salad and an assortment of warm rolls and butter will round out the meal. Afterwards, we will replenish our plates with at least two desserts, one of them a cheesecake, one of them involving chocolate.
