Laurelwood Arboretum in Wayne is 30 acres of “botanically diverse” property donated to the town by former residents. In addition to a diversity of trees, there are a plethora of flowers, and a sculpture collection! Join us for a mid-day visit (with a box lunch provided) to view the flowers at the best time of year. (And forget about your taxes for a few hours!) (Gathering in Wanaque about 11:30, depart for Wayne about 12:00, lunch at the arboretum, finish about 2:00.)
