Please join UUCP for today’s in-person and online service, “Mingyur Rinpoche – Boundless Compassion” led by Rev. Pippa Jones, at 10:30 a.m.
Mingyur Rinpoche embodies the ancient insights of Tibetan Buddhism in a way that is accessible to all. As a young man afflicted with anxiety and panic attacks, he learned to transform his life through meditation. Today he is a world renowned teacher, author of several powerful books, and a subject of scientific study. This week is his first ever visit to Africa. Rev. Pippa Jones will share her experience of meeting him and offer some nuggets of his wisdom for us all to treasure.
