“Compassion in Action” is a fascinating exploration into the subject of compassion both as a concept and a practice.

The 48-minute documentary features Buddhists from the Tibetan and Nichiren traditions, Vipassana meditators and young people participating in the Cape Town Interfaith Initiative’s Interfaith and Intercultural Program. Part of this segment includes our Rev. Pippa and the extraordinary work she does expanding the lives, minds and hearts of Cape Town’s youth.

Produced by Shoot the Breeze Productions for SABC 2’s Issues of Faith series, the documentary first aired in South Africa on August 4th 2024.
