Dr. Sandra Coppola – Dr. Sandra Coppola has been a licensed mental health professional with over 20 years of experience counseling students at Berkeley College. She serves as the Senior Director of Counseling and Wellness Services and provides mental health counseling and support to students with accessibility needs. \nSandra earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology from Long Island University. She also received post-graduate training in Modern Psychoanalysis\, Addiction and Recovery\, and Mindfulness-based practices. \nSandra is completing her final year in seminary at One Spirit Alliance\, where she will be ordained as an interfaith/inter-spiritual minister this coming June. \nIn her free time\, she volunteers with Transforming Lives\, providing spiritual guidance and creative writing mentorship to incarcerated individuals. Sandra is also committed to making affordable childcare available to all\, and for the past nine years\, she has been serving as a board member of 4C’s of Passaic County in Paterson\, NJ. \nSandra strongly believes that the body\, mind\, and spirit are interconnected. Dr. Khadijah Matin – Called by some as a “woman who walls”\, Dr. Khadijah Matin is part of the national dialogue\, exploring culturally competent education\, research and healthcare services\, within accurate historical context. Chani Getter – Rev. Chani Getter grew up in an ultra-orthodox-Hasidic Jewish home in Rockland County\, NY\, and at 18\, with barely a high school diploma\, Chani entered an arranged marriage. 5 years and 3 children later\, Chani left Chani’s husband and as a single parent\, began a journey of self-discovery.  While Chani’s parents initially supported the decision to leave the marriage\, Chani’s decision to get a driver’s license and buy a car was a deal breaker which led the family to disown Chani and Chani’s children. \nWhile working full-time and raising three children\, Chani received a bachelor’s in human development and went on to receive a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. Chani’s deep spirituality called Chani to explore the many forms and expressions of the Divine.
