She enjoys participating in diversity and equity initiatives geared towards students and the college community such as poetry readings\, and women’s and gender studies events. She has written and presented on literary topics and published such books as On the Road: Women’s Literary Departures in Travel Narratives 1600-1900\, a family memoir From Wielick to Wola Suchożebrska\, or the History of One Question. Her current research concerns the family narratives from Podolia.
