DESCRIPTION:Please join UUCP for today’s in-person and online service\, “The New Year That Was Waiting for Us” led by Rev. Sonia Ketchian and Rev. Dr. Sandra Coppola at 10:30 a.m. \nAs we turn the page of the calendar we are reminded that the new year does not begin from nothing-it grows out of what we’ve already lived. Together we’ll reflect on how our experiences have shaped us\, and how tending the light within can guide who we are becoming. \nWe look forward to seeing you at The Bristal at Englewood and seeing you online! \nFlyer By: Liandra Pires \n  \n \nDr. Sandra Coppola has been a licensed mental health professional with over 20 years of experience counseling students at Berkeley College. She serves as the Senior Director of Counseling and Wellness Services and provides mental health counseling and support to students with accessibility needs. \nSandra earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology from Long Island University. She also received post-graduate training in Modern Psychoanalysis\, Addiction and Recovery\, and Mindfulness-based practices. \nSandra is completing her final year in seminary at One Spirit Alliance\, where she will be ordained as an interfaith/inter-spiritual minister this coming June. \nIn her free time\, she volunteers with Transforming Lives\, providing spiritual guidance and creative writing mentorship to incarcerated individuals. Sandra is also committed to making affordable childcare available to all\, and for the past nine years\, she has been serving as a board member of 4C’s of Passaic County in Paterson\, NJ. \nSandra strongly believes that the body\, mind\, and spirit are interconnected.
