SUMMARY:"The Sacred Power of No" - Rev. Sonia Ketchian & Rev. Dr. Sandra Coppola (ONLINE ONLY)
DESCRIPTION:Please join UUCP for today’s ONLINE service\, “The Sacred Power of No” led by Rev. Sonia Ketchian and Rev. Dr. Sandra Coppola at 10:30 a.m. \n“In every true no\, the soul remembers its worth\, and the spirit makes room for a deeper yes.” We are conditioned to say yes\, to help\, and to please – but sometimes saying no can be an act of self-care\, a boundary that protects our spirit\, and an opening that invites another’s yes. Join us as we explore the sacredness of no\, and how it can be an opportunity to create space for authenticity\, balance\, and spiritual growth for all. \nWe look forward to seeing you online! \n \nFlyer By: Liandra Pires \nMeet Rev. Dr. Sandra Coppola – Dr. Sandra Coppola has been a licensed mental health professional with over 20 years of experience counseling students at Berkeley College. She serves as the Senior Director of Counseling and Wellness Services and provides mental health counseling and support to students with accessibility needs. \nSandra earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology from Long Island University. She also received post-graduate training in Modern Psychoanalysis\, Addiction and Recovery\, and Mindfulness-based practices. \nSandra is completing her final year in seminary at One Spirit Alliance\, where she will be ordained as an interfaith/inter-spiritual minister this coming June. \nIn her free time\, she volunteers with Transforming Lives\, providing spiritual guidance and creative writing mentorship to incarcerated individuals. Sandra is also committed to making affordable childcare available to all\, and for the past nine years\, she has been serving as a board member of 4C’s of Passaic County in Paterson\, NJ. \nSandra strongly believes that the body\, mind\, and spirit are interconnected. She believes all these elements combine to give us our unique identities\, determine our healing\, and make us who we are. \n  \nJOIN US ONLINE… \nUUCP IS INVITING YOU TO A SCHEDULED ZOOM MEETING \n\nTopic: UUCP Sunday Service\nJoin Zoom Meeting\nhttps://zoom.us/j/6442007072?pwd=ZVBkT21WeG9DdThac1NiVlNkVjkvUT09\nMeeting ID: 644 200 7072\nPasscode: uucpzoom\nDial by your location\n+1 646 558 8656 US (New York)\nMeeting ID: 644 200 7072\nPasscode: 77000206\nFind your local number: https://zoom.us/u/advKAl0eri
