A SAMHAIN CELEBRATION – Rev. Paul Dodenhoff
November 1, 2015 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Please join us for today’s service led by Rev. Paul Dodenhoff. Samhain (pronounced ‘SAH-win’ or ‘SOW-in’) is an ancient Celtic and pagan festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning the “darker half” of the year. It’s a time when the ancestors are honored, divinations for the new year are performed, and festivals are held in honor of the gods.
Join us as we celebrate this ancient, meaningful holiday. We will honor our ancestors and deceased loved ones and all are invited to bring a photo or a remembrance of a loved one to place on our altar. Bright clothing recommended!
